There are many concerns over Obama's Healthcare Reform Bill that was just enacted or forced upon the American people by President Obama this past March, 2010, depending on who you're talking to. One of the things that Obama's Healthcare Reform Bill didn't address is "In Case of Emergency Standard" or "The Emergency Standard."
In the United States there is no Emergency Standard for first time responders when arriving to a scene of an automobile accident, a person passing out, a house fire or when a high school athlete gets injured on the field. Just imagine the United States with an estimated population 310,232,863 in 2010, according to the Central Intelligence Agency's web site, and there isn't any Emergency Standard or Emergency Standard Card in place.
