Tamra Cihla
Advisory Board Member

Tamra Cihla is an Advisory Board Member with About The Kids Foundation. A mother of two children, Tamra brings more than 20 years of energy engineering experience. She is currently a Project Manager at Chevron Energy Solutions in San Francisco, California, where she manages large-scale solar photovoltaic projects from development through implementation and works with her team to bring these projects in under budget, ahead of schedule and with high level of customer satisfaction. Prior to Chevron Energy Solutions, Tamra worked as a project engineer at a variety of energy consulting firms.

Tamra received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin.

Victor Rodrigo
Sr. Advisory Board Member

Victor Rodrigo is an Advisory Board Member with About The Kids Foundation. He is married and the father of two children, Victor III and Rachael. Rodrigo has been employed by Pacific Gas & Electric since 1979 and has held many positions during that time, but is currently in the Technical Services Department, where he deals with service planning and new business projects.

Rodrigo also serves on the board of directors of Cupertino Hoops, a non-profit youth basketball program, for the past seven years. He is also a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance and has been an avid coach throughout his life. He began coaching back in 1969 and he is still coaching today in 2011.
