Coach Paul Crowell Jr

Paul M. Crowell Jr. is an Advisory Board Member with About The Kids Foundation

A native Bostonian and Jesuit trained BC Eagle Crowell is currently working in the banking industry with Bank of America.  Prior to banking, he was busy innovating as the Director of Marketing and Sales with Subway restaurants where he worked in expanding the greater peninsula market and rolled out revolutionary marketing campaigns which were implemented across the franchise.

In addition to his work, Crowell is an elite athlete with fifteen years experience playing and coaching lacrosse, and was currently the head coach for Varsity Lacrosse at Junipero Serra High School as well as coaching a number of bay area groups including two teams at the box Lacrosse Academy and another with Vitaliy Lacrosse.

Crowell also serves with the Junior Achievement Program, a worldwide partnership between the business community, educators, and volunteers which all work together to inspire young students to dream big and reach their business goals and potentials.  Crowell is further involved with his community projects and plays drums in the church band. Ever in pursuit of knowledge and excellence, Crowell is currently pursuing his MBA.  He is fluent in Spanish, studies Thai language and culture, Korean martial art Hapkido and competes as cyclist and triathlon through the year.  Combining his business sense and experience as a DJ,
he pursued another of his passions as a co-founder and director of Platinum Squad Entertainment,
a production team known in the world of electronic music for their ground breaking series T3chKNOW TV, which features world famous artists from across the globe including BBC Radio 1 favorite Judge and super producer Ashley Walbridge. 

 


 Curtis Hadzicki

Curtis Hadzicki is an Advisory Board Member with About The Kids Foundation
Currently a student at San Jose University, San Jose, California, where he is studying industrial design.  Hadzicki also the Assistant Head coach for the Varsity Lacrosse team for Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California. Prior to attending San Jose State University, Hadzicki was a Shop Hand at Revolution Enterprises in Poway, California, where he held many roles including assembling blind canes and preparing them for shipment.

Prior to Revolution Enterprises, Hadzicki was Head Coach for the junior varsity mens lacrosse team for Los Gatos High School, Los Gatos, California.

Hadzicki played for the San Jose State University Lacrosse Team and was 1st team all WCLL midfield for 2010 and was also voted WCLL offensive player of the year in 2010 as well.  In Hadzicki's spare time he is also a Personal Trainer for Next Level in San Jose, California which he started in June 2010.


     

 Coach Jagielo

Alexander M. Jagielo

Alexander M. Jagielo is an Advisory Board Member with About The Kids Foundation.  An honors student at Sonoma State University majoring in Business Management and a minor in Spanish, he plans to graduate in Spring 2012.  In addition to his studies, he is also a Sports Business Club Member and Member of the Forum for all SSU Business Clubs.  He is active in coaching lacrosse and was the Head JV coach and Assistant Head coach for the Varsity Lacrosse at Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo, California.  Fluent in Spanish, Jagielo has a diverse background translating company website from Spanish to English and has worked as Front Desk manager at a hostel in Barcelona, Spain as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Coach Carlos

Carlos Trujillo
Sr. Advisory Board Member

Carlos Trujillo is an Senior Advisory Board Member with About The Kids Foundation.  A father of two children, Coach Trujillo brings over 10 years of college and high school coaching experience to About The Kids Foundation. Trujillo has made his mark on several teams through the years, most notably taking both Stanford University and Chapman University to their first USLIA National Championships in 2001 and 2003 respectively, including an appearance in the championship game for Stanford in 2001.  He has also had success at the high school level helping lead Bellarmine College Preparatory to its first two League titles in school history in his first two years with the program.  Trujillo is currently the head coach at Archbishop Mitty High School, the number 3 athletic program in the nation, where in its inaugural season he led the team to a 12-5 record and the league Semifinals.

As a player, Coach Trujillo was a three year letter winner at Army and played on a nationally ranked Top 10 Division 1 lacrosse team. During college, Coach Trujillo played under legendary coach, Jack Emmer, the winningest head coach in NCAA lacrosse history and coach of the US National Team that won the FIL World championships in 2002. Following college, he played for AST Lacrosse in the United States Club Lacrosse Association (the premier club lacrosse league) for three years. Upon moving to California in 1999 he began playing with the Olympic Club men's lacrosse team. Coach Trujillo also plays for the Grease Monkeys Masters team in a variety of tournaments including the World Lacrosse Festival in 2006.

Trujillo graduated from West Point in 1994 and went on to serve as an Officer in United States Army, after serving in the United States Army, Trujillo went on to graduate from Stanford University School of Law in Palo Alto, California.
