The Emergency Standard Card

What's The Emergency Standard Card?

The Emergency Standard Card is a plastic (wallet-sized) card that will be color coded Red (Stop Special Medical Condition), Yellow (Caution Medications) and Green ("Good to Go") it will also have the individual's name, age and picture on the top left side of the card for verification.  The backside of the card will contain the Emergency contact information, doctor's name and phone number, medical insurance, medical information, blood type, medications, implanted medical device, special medical conditions and allergies and list of prescription medications the individual takes.

  • How the product saves lives:

It has a photo verification, age and name of the individual on the Emergency Standard Card.  This identifies the injured party and associates them with their medical overview printed on The Emergency Standard Card.

The card has the injured patient's medical overview, which will allow the First Time Responders to provide to the ER or hospital. The ER or hospital can then make the right medical preparation for the patient when they arrive either by ambulance, medivac helicopter or by car.

The card has their medical insurance information, their doctor's name and phone number on it.  With this information, First Time Responders can contact the injured party 's doctors immediately with symptom information and obtain access to life saving treatments immediately where seconds and minutes can make the difference between life and death. Additionally, First Time Responders can run a cross check in their specific databases and determine if the injured party's insurance has been billed before and if the patient has been seen before.

Also, the card will include the patient's blood type information. In route to the emergency room and /or hospital, The First Time Responder can provide the blood type of the injured patient to the ER, and/or hospital or patient's doctor. That may allow the emergency room and/or hospital to make the necessary provisions in case blood transfusion is necessary, or initiate research activity to rare blood types.

The card is color coded so that The First Time Responders can ascertain the severity of the potential issue with the patient, based on their medical history:
